This is our blog where we intend to keep you informed and up-to-date with all our meetings, events and workshops. We chose our web site name because we are all megastitchers and because it is an acronym of Manchester Embroiderers Guild Artists in Stitch.
Every year we try to give our members a theme to work to, we find this enables the members both experienced and beginners to focus on one particular design, the results are amazing! We love to show off our pieces at exhibitions, particularly at EventCity where we attend every year in February, so don’t forget to pop along and visit our stand. We are a very happy, social interacting group of like minded embroiderers who get together once a month to share our ideas, our passions and our stitching.
Yes that’s right!
